The Best-Brisket-Ever Guarantee

We only make money if you’d buy from us again. So the deal is simple, and we mean it: cook our brisket, and if it isn’t the best you’ve ever smoked, we refund you in full. No fine print games.

How it works

1. Email us at support@ranchpitmaster.com within 30 days of delivery. Tell us your order number and what went wrong.
2. No interrogation. We don’t make you jump through hoops or prove you cooked it “right.” If you’re not happy, that’s enough.
3. Refunded in days. We issue your full refund to the original payment method, usually within 2 business days of approving it. Your bank then takes 5-10 days to post it.

What’s covered

• The brisket (or any cut in the box) didn’t live up to the promise.
• Your box arrived damaged, thawed, or not cold. Send a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it or refund it, your call.
• Something’s missing from your order.

The honest small print

Because this is a fair deal both ways, a few straightforward limits:

• One guarantee refund per household. After that you’re always welcome to reorder, but the money-back guarantee applies to your first box.
• We ship frozen, perishable food. We can’t accept a “changed my mind” return of meat that’s been delivered, for food-safety reasons. That’s exactly why we don’t ask you to send it back, we just refund you.
• Delivery problems need a quick heads-up. For a box that arrived warm or damaged, we need to hear from you within 48 hours of delivery so we can sort it out and, if needed, file with the carrier.
• We ship within the United States only.

Order changes & cancellations

Haven’t shipped yet? Email us and we’ll change or cancel your order for a full refund before it leaves. Once a box is handed to the carrier, the guarantee above takes over.
